An independent practice that deploys AI agents for small service businesses — and audits the ones other people deployed.
What we actually do
Two things. First, we set up customer-facing agents for businesses where a missed message costs real money: restaurants taking bookings, clinics handling appointment enquiries, letting agents answering listing questions, home-services firms chasing quotes. Second, we get called in to repair agents that are already live and already causing problems.
Roughly speaking, the split of our time is: writing the plain-text source of truth the agent is allowed to quote from, testing it with adversarial messages before it meets a customer, and fixing the handoff so a human doesn't have to start from zero every time.
How we work
We automate intake, not judgement
Hours, availability, bookings, rescheduling, first replies, status questions, and the answers to the ten questions you get every day — yes. Refunds, complaints, anything emotional, anything legal or medical — a person decides, every time. That line isn't a limitation, it's the design.
We tell you when you don't need an agent
A saved-reply library and a shared inbox fixes more "we need AI" problems than an LLM does, and it costs nothing. When that's the answer, we say so. Several of the guides on this site explicitly end with "don't buy anything yet".
The method is free
Every framework we use on paid work is written out in full in the guides — the facts file structure, the 20-message hostile test suite, the five-field handoff, the recovery sequence. If you can implement it yourself, you should. The paid products are the same structures already written out, for people who'd rather edit than invent.
No vendor deals
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or paid by any platform we mention — not Whop, not Zapier, Make or n8n, not any model provider. Where we compare tools you get the trade-off, including the downsides of the one that might suit you best.
What we won't do
- We won't promise you a result. No revenue projections, no "10x", no case study with a number we can't show you the source of. Everything on this site is either a method or an observation from our own work, and it is labelled as such.
- We won't put an agent in charge of refunds, complaints or anything medical. If a vendor tells you their agent can handle all of it, that agent is going to cost you a customer.
- We won't pretend to be a big company. This is a small independent practice. That's why the guides are specific: there is no marketing department writing them.
- We won't claim credentials we don't have. We are not lawyers, doctors or accountants. Where a guide touches compliance — records retention, health data, fair-housing rules in property advertising — we say plainly that you need your own adviser and give you the questions to bring to them.

How this site is built and what it is not
This site exists to answer the questions we get asked repeatedly, in more detail than a call allows, and to be useful whether or not you ever buy anything. There is no email wall, no gated PDF and no "request access".
It is published by AgentFast, an independent practice. It is not affiliated with Whop, Zapier, Make, n8n, or any model or software vendor named anywhere on the site. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used descriptively.
